We go the Castle inn for Sunday roasts which are delicious as are all the meals offered on their menu. Friendly staff make you feel very welcome. Great service. Keep going Jan you are providing a much loved pub.
Great night camping here with our camper before catching a ferry the next morning. Check-in is really easy and friendly staff. The field for tents looked really nice but as we were in a camper, we parked in the car park, but it was still quite private and good value for money. Facilities were clean, two toilets, one shower, and an outside sink for washing up. Nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
Just had the most delicious meal in The Castle Inn, Ramsey on our way to board the ferry from Harwich to Hoek van Holland. The food was amazing with friendly staff. Our dogs were welcome too. Highly recommended!!
Great Food and excellent atmosphere! Visited the inn because we were staying at the campsite, but the food was amazing. The campsite is also small and great.
I did not experience the pub as it was a Monday I stayed, but this place is unbeatable for convenience when getting the ferry to the Netherlands as it leaves at 9am. They have toilets and a shower, basic but clean. Would stay again!
The owner is making such a nice atmosphere in the restraint. Cozy dining, amazing food. We all enjoyed. I super recommend. And I had never eaten that amazing garlic toasts before. They put onions on it. Such a good flavour. Again, food was amazing….!
Excellent stopping off point if you're sailing early. A quick turnaround in campers. Very reasonable price.
Review of campsite as we didn’t use the pub. Cheap & cheerful no frills set up offering value for money. Pathways to toilets & shower could be better lit. Small field is on two tiers & is better suited to backpackers rather than those travelling in cars with larger family tents as the fields are not accessible with your vehicle. One washing up sink, two toilets and a shower. Site wasn’t as noisy as we expected it to be. Washing machines as pictured are NOT available for guests.
